1. Business and contact details

Shotovergrand is the brand and the legal name under which this business operates. All proposals, contracts and invoices are issued in that name.

2. Nature of the service

Shotovergrand provides offline, adults-only casino-themed event entertainment. We do not provide real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes or online casino services, we are not a gambling operator and we hold no gambling licence, because our service does not involve gambling. Chips used at our events are symbolic, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit or goods.

4. Pricing

We do not publish prices. Every event is quoted individually by written proposal, because the price depends on the size of the event, the venue, travel and the format chosen. Proposals are free, carry no obligation and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

6. Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to [email protected] or +64 3 315 7449. We acknowledge within five working days and aim to resolve within 20 working days. Our services are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

7. Privacy enquiries

Requests to access, correct or delete personal information go to the same address. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand, or to the data protection authority where you live if you are in the EEA or the UK.

8. Intellectual property

Text, design and imagery on shotovergrand.com belong to Shotovergrand or are used with permission. Client marks appearing on branded event pieces remain the property of their owners and are used only with that client’s instruction and approval.

9. Website information

This site is published by Shotovergrand at the address above and served over HTTPS. It loads no third-party tracking scripts of its own, and no analytics or advertising technology until the visitor consents. Enquiry form submissions are sent to our own email address and are not shared with advertising platforms.
