What to expect where you are.
Notice periods below are comfortable rather than absolute. We have delivered faster; it narrows the format choices and raises the freight cost, so it is worth asking early.
Southland & Fiordland
Our home region. Manapouri, Te Anau, Invercargill, Gore and the surrounding lodges and stations. Same-week bookings are often possible and site visits are straightforward.

Queenstown, Wanaka, Arrowtown, Cromwell and Dunedin. A core region for private parties and signature evenings, with a strong lodge and winery venue base.
Routine · 1 to 2 weeks noticeCanterbury
Christchurch, Timaru, Ashburton and the high-country venues. Our most frequent corporate region, including multi-table year-end functions.
Routine · 2 weeks noticeUpper South Island
Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough and the West Coast. Delivered regularly with a freight allowance, and well suited to being combined with a Canterbury date.
Travel allowance · 3 weeks noticeWellington & lower North Island
Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapiti, Wairarapa, Manawatu and Hawke’s Bay. Freighted builds with a travel crew; best value when booked alongside another North Island date.
Travel allowance · 3 to 4 weeks noticeAuckland, Waikato & Bay of Plenty
Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupo. Delivered for larger events and multi-night agency programmes where the freight is justified by scale.
