Experience 07
The whole room, not just the tables.
Lighting, styling, a photo corner and custom chips, felt borders and table cards carrying your own marks — produced as one piece of work.
Who it suits
For events where the room is part of the message.
A table in a bright function room with the house fluorescents on is not the same product as a table in a room that has been lit for it. Most of what guests describe afterwards is not the game — it is the light, the colour and the sense that the space was made for the evening.
Production takes on the whole room: what the walls do, where the light falls, where people photograph themselves, and which pieces carry your own identity.
- Brand launches and client-facing hospitality evenings.
- Awards nights and recognition events needing a staged moment.
- Agency-produced events needing an entertainment package built in.
- Venues that look wrong under their own house lighting.
- Any event where photographs will be used afterwards.
What production can cover
- Lighting design: table pools, wall wash, photo-corner key light.
- Room styling: drape, copper and candle dressing, floor plan, signage frames.
- A photo corner with a built backdrop and a bench or rail.
- Branded chip faces, printed felt borders, table cards and dealer-button pieces.
- Entrance dressing and a chip-issue point that does not look like a desk.
- An on-site producer from load-in to pack-down.
Quoted individually. The price depends on the size of the event, the venue, travel and the format you choose — we prepare a tailored proposal rather than a rate card.
Why this format is safe to book
Branded pieces, with compliance written into the artwork.
Chips can carry your marks, a motif or a date. What they never carry is a monetary denomination, a currency symbol or anything that implies cash value, because they have none — they are issued equally, cannot be purchased or topped up, and cannot be exchanged for money, credit or goods.
The same applies to signage and table cards. We will not produce artwork promoting betting, odds, deposits, bonuses, jackpots, cash prizes or online gambling of any kind, and we will not dress a room to look like a gaming venue. The design language is hospitality: brass, felt, candle light, a well-made room.
Where your own artwork needs adjusting to stay on the right side of that line, we will say so during the proof stage and suggest an alternative.
Questions
Three questions about production.
Around three weeks from artwork approval, which usually means a four-week brief. Styling, lighting and a photo corner can be delivered in a week if the branded pieces are left out.
Yes. Most of our lighting is floor-standing or table-mounted precisely because so many heritage and lodge venues do not allow rigging. We confirm what is permitted with the venue before we design.
Any monetary denomination, currency symbol or wording that implies cash value, and anything promoting betting, odds, deposits, bonuses, jackpots or online gambling. Everything else — your marks, a motif, a date, a name — is fine.

Next step
Brief us four weeks out and we can brand the room.
Send the venue, the date and whatever brand guidelines you have. You will get a floor plan, a lighting intent, a branded-piece list and a price.
