Experience 01
Corporate casino nights that actually mix the room.
A year-end function, a client hospitality evening or a staff celebration built around tables rather than a seating plan — so the conversation happens without anyone having to start it.
Who it suits
For the evening where half the guest list has never met the other half.
Corporate evenings fail in a predictable way: people arrive, find the three colleagues they already know, and stay there until the speeches. A table format breaks that pattern because it gives strangers something to do with their hands and a reason to stand shoulder to shoulder.
Our hosts are briefed to teach rather than to perform. A guest who has never seen a card table can be playing confidently in four minutes, which is the difference between a format that includes your quieter people and one that excludes them.
- Year-end and end-of-financial-year functions.
- Client hospitality and referral-partner evenings.
- Conference and off-site closing nights.
- Office relocations, milestone anniversaries and project wrap events.
- Merged or newly restructured teams meeting for the first time.
What arrives with us
- Built entertainment tables with deep teal felt and brass trim.
- One trained host per table, plus a floor manager from three tables up.
- Symbolic chips, racks, shoes and cards, issued equally to guests.
- Table lighting aimed at the felt, not the ceiling.
- A floor plan agreed with your venue before the day.
- Load-in, build, pack-down and a written wrap afterwards.
Quoted individually. The price depends on the size of the event, the venue, travel and the format you choose — we prepare a tailored proposal rather than a rate card.
Why this format is safe to book
Nothing about this format puts money on the table.
Chips are issued, never sold. They cannot be bought at the door, cannot be topped up during the evening, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, goods or anything else of value. They are a scorekeeping device and they stay on the night.
That matters commercially as well as legally. It means you can send the invitation to a mixed guest list without anyone having to decline on principle, and it means your finance and compliance teams have a short, clear answer to the only question they will ask.
If a table ever starts drifting towards informal money play between guests, our host closes it. That is written into the brief every host works to.
Questions
Three questions from corporate organisers.
Yes. Custom chip faces, felt border printing, table cards and photo-corner panels carrying your own marks are all available through production and branding. Branded pieces need around three weeks of lead time.
Always. We ask for your venue contact early, agree a floor plan and a load-in window directly with them, and work to their house rules on access, power and noise. We do not ask your caterer to move for us.
Nothing. The floor is designed so that a guest can stand nearby, watch, hold a drink and be entirely part of the evening. Hosts never pressure anyone to the table, and any guest who asks to stop is simply included elsewhere.
