Experience 03

One table. Thirty guests. Nothing left to chance.

Our most produced format, written as a single piece of theatre: a dedicated host, a tightly sequenced running order and a room dressed to the last candle.

Who it suits

For the evening that has to be exactly right.

Some evenings cannot be improved by being bigger. A board dinner, a founders’ night, a significant birthday, an invitation-only client evening: the value is in the small number of people and the attention each of them gets.

Signature evenings are built around one table and one senior host who stays with your group all night. There is no floor to manage and no queue to balance, so the entire production budget goes into the room, the sequence and the detail.

  • Board, partner and founder dinners.
  • Invitation-only client evenings with a short, serious guest list.
  • Significant birthdays where the guest list is deliberately small.
  • Awards or recognition evenings for a handful of people.
  • The closing night of a leadership off-site.
Included as standard

What a signature evening includes

  • One oval or curved table, dressed in deep teal felt with a brass rail.
  • A dedicated senior host for the whole evening, plus a second host for the dinner service window.
  • A written running order, timed to the minute and rehearsed with your venue.
  • Room styling: lighting design, copper and candle dressing, seating plan.
  • Personalised table cards and a presentation moment for your own trophy or gift.
  • A producer on site from load-in to the last guest.

Quoted individually. The price depends on the size of the event, the venue, travel and the format you choose — we prepare a tailored proposal rather than a rate card.

How it runs

Written, rehearsed, then run.

Four weeks out

The brief

A single meeting where we establish what the evening is for, who is in the room, and what the last ten minutes must feel like. Everything else is reverse-engineered from that.

Three weeks out

The running order

You receive a timed sequence: arrival, first service, opening the table, the pause, the final round, the presentation, the close. You approve it, and it stops changing.

Day of

Build and walk-through

A longer, quieter build than our other formats. The producer walks the sequence with your venue and your caterer so the service and the table never collide.

Arrival

Reception and chips

Guests are received by name. Chips are presented rather than handed out — a small set each, identical, symbolic, with no monetary value.

Dinner

The pause

The table closes for the main service. Lighting drops, the host moves to the room, conversation takes over. This is deliberate; the evening needs a quiet middle.

Final act

Showcase and presentation

The table reopens for a single showcase round with everyone watching, then the presentation and the close. No cash and no cash-equivalent is awarded.

Why this format is safe to book

Premium, and still entirely outside gambling.

A produced evening does not change the rules. Chips are presented in equal sets, carry no monetary value, cannot be purchased or topped up, and cannot be exchanged for money, credit or goods. There is no buy-in, no stake and no payout at any point in the sequence.

The presentation at the end is yours: a trophy, an engraved piece, a gift you have chosen. We help you stage it. We never supply, handle or award money or anything that functions as money.

For guests who would rather watch than play, the running order has a deliberate answer — the showcase round is designed to be watched, and the seating plan puts no one in a position where declining is awkward.

Entertainment only. This is an offline, adults-only event entertainment service. There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes and no online casino service. Chips are symbolic, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit or goods. Guests must be 20 or over.

Questions

Three questions about the signature format.

Because a second table splits a group of twenty into two groups of ten and the evening loses its centre. If you want several tables and a moving floor, a corporate casino night is the better format and usually the better value.

Yes, and the running order is built around their service rather than the other way round. The producer walks the sequence with both before the day so the table never opens into a plated course.

Four weeks gives us time for a full production including branded or engraved pieces. We have delivered signature evenings in ten days, but the styling and anything custom-made has to be simplified at that notice.

One conversation is usually enough for us to tell you whether this format fits your evening, and what it would take to produce it properly.
